Our withdrawal therapy consists of many different components that are individually adapted for every participant. During your stay, individual consultations and individual sessions play a crucial role in helping you achieve the greatest possible success and a future happy life free from alcohol, drugs or medication.

We have hire bikes with helmets and locks at our centre that you can borrow free of charge.
Yes, we would be pleased to be guided by your wishes and serve you a vegetarian dish at mealtimes.
Yes, you are permitted to receive visitors by agreement. Your visitor can also stay overnight with you in your room for a short while. The additional meals have to be paid for separately.
There are plenty of spaces in our spacious grounds for your car or visitors’ vehicles.
All our rooms and inside rooms are non-smoking areas. Naturally you may smoke in the outdoor areas and on your balcony.
As well as a hearty breakfast, our cooks will spoil you daily with a fresh, healthy lunch prepared from local and international specialities, and a balanced light meal in the evening. Naturally we will also be pleased to take account of your special wishes or requirements for the dishes we prepare. Drinks are also freely available. You will not incur any additional costs.
Free guest Wi-Fi is available in all the rooms, as well as in the general lounge areas.
Discretion and data protection take the utmost priority for us when we are dealing with you and your surroundings. At the Dr. Albrecht Health Academy, as well as maintaining medical and therapeutic professional secrecy, naturally we also comply with all the obligations in accordance with the current General Data Protection Regulation. The other participants in the group will also not find out anything about you from us. This applies beforehand, during your stay with us and naturally also during the phase after you return home. It remains entirely up to you to what extent you yourself disclose details such as your name, mobile number, email addresses etc. to other participants. If necessary we can address you using a pseudonym, or treat you and care for you in our separate holiday house, away from the other participants.
No. As long as they do not involve intensive medical measures, we also undertake detoxification treatments here at our centre, and we can provide all the available and scientifically founded measures. You will be physically detoxified as gently and safely as possible by an expert team who are exceptionally experienced in addiction medicine. As well as medication, we also use neural electric stimulation therapy (NES) and a variety of relaxation techniques, as well as exercise or sport as needed.
After just a few hours or days you will feel liberated and greatly recovered.
The Dr. Albrecht Health Academy is located in the idyllic “spa triangle” of Bad Birnbach in southern Lower Bavaria, surrounded by a picturesque hilly landscape with woods and meadows – which guarantees that participants are able to slow down and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.
